Community currency game

NetHood has engaged since 2016 in a new research and action activity around the design of complementary currencies as a commoning tool for cooperative housing (project MAZI) and community networks (project netCommons).

In collaboration with Flexibles, NetHood co-develops the district currency game Flexonomix, which is based on a novel district commons-based currency designed for cooperative housing projecs, by Jens Martignoni.

Previous related activities include the coordination of the EU project COMPARE, which studied among others the case of Sardex. At the final symposium of the project we were honored to host many well known experts and practitioners in the field. See the summary report.
